Empreende + is an initiative of JEEC-AN which will gather young entrepreneurs and business owners in order to satisfied common interests and to develop their professional activities.
JEEC-AN, Associação de Jovens Empresários e Empreendedores Católicos - De Ação Nacional, was established on September 3rd, 2012, with a national level of action, being moved by Catholic values mainly related to ethics, moral conduct, gender and opportunities equality and social responsibility.
JEEC-AN’s core activity focus mainly on aspects such as qualification, information, technical support and identification and establishment of the means and instruments that allow the development of business activity.

JEEC-AN will promote qualified entrepreneurship of North and Central Portugal, creating new conditions that allow the evolution of new companies in priority areas, like Architecture, Design & Advertising/Marketing and Software, developed by young entrepreneurs that will be supported during this project by specialized consultants.

Objecti-

Support efficiently entrepreneurship, by creating conditions for the emergence of young entrepreneurs projects.

Facilitate and encourage the emergence of new businesses (startups) engaged in competitive internationalization of the Portuguese economy and focused on medium-high knowledge activities and / or technology.

Encourage creativity.

Allow experimentation and testing of new opportunities and business models.

Aim to strengthen the skilled labor and human capital of entrepreneurs.

Promote access to infrastructure, support services and essentially the networks and communities of practice, to facilitate the process of creating high value-added businesses.
